Lantern in maw, Leyenda patrolled the castle. It was a nice day, and both humans wand wolves were out in the courtyard taking advantage of the sunshine.
A few paces in front of her there was a large flat rock. Perfect for sunbathing. All three tails wagged at once as she padded over to it. With an almost effortless leap, she found herself on top.
Feeling high and mighty, she puffed out her chest and made her stance stiff. As she was surveying the crowd, she spotted the queen. Oh crap. I hope she didn't see me.
Relaxing herself, she gracefully hopped off the rock and went over to join them. [red]"Good lovely morning Queen Valecia."[/red] she said through the lantern's handle. Suddenly realizing that it was there, she lowered her head and gently set the red paper lantern beside her and nodded politely to the two others of her kind.
Never before had she conversed with the Queen herself or had been in a group this large before. [red]"So how is everyone this fine day?"[/red]
