Kyrnos

The "town" taken over by Nightfall; it's really more of a city, now, though a fair number of buildings remain unoccupied at the moment. A good choice for their little band of rebels, given that Kyrnos is bordered by a rather deep and fast-running river on the east. The river runs from south to north, with a magnificent waterfall from a sheer, 200ft cliff to the south. The city extends all the way to the base of the cliff; the waterfall is something of a sacred place for many of the city's residents. As a result of these features, it is only possible to approach the city from the north or the west, which are rolling hills with sparse woodlands scattered throughout. Nightfall members have built themselves a castle up on top of the cliff in the last decade, which serves as their main base of operations.
