Allllllrighty, so I know it's just me and Coyote right now, but in the interest of full disclosure, I figure I should introduce mehself anyhow. :3
SO. I go by the name Anaiu around Proboards... I'm around from time to time on the support forums, and I'm also a member of Gideon City. I also own Swim at Own Risk, which isn't open at the time of writing, but it will be soon. :3
I'm from Seattle, and I am currently a student, training to become a veterinary technician. I am also a bit of an otaku... not as bad as I used to be, but I can safely be called a Japan fan. I'm also a Trekkie, so I think that officially classifies me as a total nerd. CX
I love my schoolwork and my career choice, and I may occasionally have some interesting tidbits and stories to share. :3 Our school is very hands-on; I'll be assisting in surgery next week, as a matter of fact. Nothing too interesting, just a routine spay and all I get to do is watch vitals and restrain, but if you ask me about it later, I can talk about it for a long time (fair warning to you!). That... pretty much goes for anything that interests me, actually. If I start ranting, tell me to shut up. Seriously, I won't mind. XD
My hobbies include writing, video games (Assassin's Creed and Skyrim, mostly), and herpetology. For those who don't know, herpetology is the study and care of reptiles. I have a corn snake, her name is Saga; I love her very much, so if you don't like snakes, just ignore her. XD I also dabble in bowyery (making wooden longbows), and the Society for Creative Anachronism is my home away from home. <3
I have two medical conditions which cause weight gain and difficulty losing weight, so I don't put much effort into it. Please excuse my weight in any pictures I may choose to post of myself. >.>
Wooow, this has gotten long. I'm going to wrap up with a picture of my fat self holding a wolf puppy. <3
